About Me

My Story

Hi, I’m Matt, and I am currently working as a Campaign Manager at Adknown. I graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Comm.) from the University of Guelph, and I majored in Marketing Management with Co-op.

I’m looking for an opportunity to utilize my knowledge from relevant experiences, in-class courses, and extracurricular activities to make an impact in not only an organization but in the world.

I am driven by my eagerness to learn

Being a former Marketing Management Co-op student at the University of Guelph, I am constantly trying to improve my skillset and business acumen to become a better asset in the business world.

Not only that, but I enjoy the various experiences I get from learning from others because I am able to apply that knowledge to help improve my work style and work ethic.

With that, I find I’m bettering myself day after day by putting myself outside of my comfort zone in order to expand my knowledge and understanding of the ever-changing world around me.

Industry Knowledge

My skills include marketing, advertising, e-commerce, social media, Social Media Marketing (SMM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), content creation, analytics, UX/UI design, etc.

Tools & Technologies

Some software I’m familiar with is Microsoft Office (including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint), Canva, Figma, Google Ads, CMS, and Adobe CC (including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro).

Interpersonal Skills

I am a great collaborator and team player. I have excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to problem-solve strategically. I can also think critically and creatively when needed.
